It's the last week of day camp for Alex. Field trip tomorrow to Water Country, weather permitting. It's pouring rain AGAIN today with chance of T Storms. This has been the forecast everyday (well almost) for the last month. I heard on the news this morning that this is the 3rd rainyest (is that a word) summer on record...I BELIEVE IT. Figures I finally start planting and now everything is going to rot.

Going to see Thornton Wilder's play, Our Town at the Peterborough Players tomorrow night with Steve.

Wednesday I will have my first evaluation with the new firm. Work is going well and as I told Gramps and Grams last night, I'm lucky I work where I do. The industry today is shaky at best but my job is secure.

Greg & Diane are hanging in. Things with the Byrons are unsettled at best. Diane and I will start interviewing nursing homes this week. Barbara needs more care than the assisted living facility she is at now can provide. Such a wicked disease, I pray we can cure it soon. I can at best hope it will be a distant memory (wink) by the time Alex is grown.

Time marches on....another day in the rainforests of NH....hope you all have a wonderful day!

Love,trish
